How AI credits work
AI credits are the currency for Case360's AI features. Every plan can use every AI feature — you're limited only by your monthly credit allowance, which resets at the start of each billing period. Here's exactly what each action costs:
AI reads an uploaded document and produces a structured summary with key facts and risk notes.
Generates a mid-investigation progress report covering evidence gathered and outstanding steps.
Produces a complete investigation report with per-allegation findings, Briginshaw analysis, and recommendations. Credit cost scales with the number of allegations analysed.
Analyses all case evidence, running sheet, and tasks to assess each allegation as supported, disputed, or needing further investigation. Advisory only — does not alter your case.
Reads selected documents and drafts suggested formal allegations grounded in specific dated events. Advisory only — you review and accept each one.
Reads a respondent or witness statement and appends what they said about each recorded event to that event’s response field — routed by their role. Never overwrites; you review and edit inline.
Maps every document against every allegation to surface contradictions between sources and flag unused evidence and gaps.
Produces a diarised, timestamped verbatim transcript of an audio or video interview. Credit cost scales with the length of the recording.
Credits reset monthly. Your allowance refreshes at the start of each billing period. Unused credits do not roll over, but any purchased top-up credits never expire.
Need more mid-month? You can purchase additional credit packs at any time — they stack on top of your monthly allowance and carry over indefinitely. Top-up packs are available from within your billing dashboard.
Fair use protection. A daily cap applies per organisation to prevent accidental runaway usage. You'll always see your remaining credits before running any AI feature.
